At FoundersConnect, we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

1) Published Standards Against CSAE

We prohibit any content, behavior, or interaction that involves or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:

• Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes
• Sextortion, sexual coercion, or exploitation of minors
• Sharing, requesting, or promoting CSAM
• Trafficking or sexual exploitation of children
• Any sexualized content involving minors

Any user found engaging in these behaviors will be subject to immediate enforcement action, including account suspension or permanent removal, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

2) How to Report Content in the App

If you see any content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any other form of sexual misconduct, you can report it directly in the app:

• Tap the three dots (⋯) menu next to the post, message, or profile you want to report.
• Select "Report" and choose the reason that best fits the issue (for example, sexual content, child exploitation, or harmful behavior).

We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action based on severity and evidence.

3) CSAM Detection, Removal, and Response

If we become aware of suspected CSAM, we take appropriate action, which may include:

• Immediate removal or disabling access to the content
• Account restriction, suspension, or termination
• Preservation of relevant evidence as required by law
• Reporting to appropriate legal authorities or child protection organizations, where applicable

4) Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where our app is available. We continuously review and improve our policies, moderation processes, and safety measures to protect minors.
